We need a system for our office needs.
The system will be documents management system with client contact information, calendar (like google calendar) and invoices
The structure is:
First you have to create client profile. This page have to be on 5 tabs:
1. Contact information
Following features must be included:
- attractive design in web 2.0 style
- login for managers: Will only see there projects, documents, contact information, invoices, calendar tasks.
- login for admins: Will see every managers profile with there projects, documents, contact information, invoices, calendar tasks.
- The system will have ability to store every doc type like (pdf, doc, docx, excel, open office etc.) The user can read the documents online and download it.
- Calendar have to be like google calendar. The notifications have to be the same.
- Invoices: for every customer the managers will prepare invoice template. The invoice will be created on exact day setup by manager and repeats every month till chosen date . Invoices will be sent to the clients and stored into there profiles with alert for mark if the invoice is pied.
