Synchronize offline with online MySQL

We want to sychronize offline with online MySQL database.
We develop a small erp, and we install it offline and online.
It has to work with dynamic IP.
Additional information:
The system is written in PHP and MySQL. It is an erp for garages.
The link is http://taller.redisoftsystem.com/index.php, user:admin password:admin. This is a demo.
If the user do not have conexion, he can not access to the system. So to solve this, we install the system local and he can work without conexion. But also the user wants to use the system online. We need to synchronize the two databases.
Can someone solve the problem? or Have a better solution?
