Wordpress live generated AJAX Content Slider. Read Description...

I'm building a Wordpress website that will use a 1-Page system for all Top Level Pages.
Example... this is my sitemap:
Home (Top Level)
About (Top Level)
Services (Top Level)
- Service 1 (Second Level)
- Service 2 (Second Level)
- Service 3 (Second Level)
Contact (Top Level)
All top level pages will be hard-loaded (manually) on one page ([url removed, login to view]) as they will never change.
Once you scroll the page down to Services and click on a Second Level link from the Sub Menu Nav then using jQuery and AJAX I need to Automatically (LIVE) load the requested Second Level Page and then use slide effect to show the new page (Slide from left to right like Flexslider / SlidesJS) - (website never reloads). The slide effect has to work both ways... so if you click on Service 3 it will slide from right to left.... then if you click on Service 2 while on Service 3 Page, it will slide from left to right!
This is so that I don't have to load ALL the content of the whole website on initial page load... Also there may be Lots of Second Level Pages, maybe up to 20!
Lastly, I need the Page URL to update when you change page, for SEO! - and also work if you go directly to that page... ie [url removed, login to view] will take you straight to that page.
