Touchscreen output to Bluetooth application for android

Hi there, I have a project that I would like completing. This application would be for someone who would like to control and see there iPhone on a larger touchscreen monitor. You can easily out put the iPhone screen onto any external monitor with the help of a cable purchased from apple or eBay so that part is ok. The harder part it to get the touchscreen to then mimic the touchscreen on the iPhone. A company have already developed a control module that converts a touchscreen signal that can be sent to the iPhone via Bluetooth and with the help of an app enable it to control the iPhone. What I'm looking for is someone to be able to use any china made tablet that has a capacitive touchscreen and bluetooth built in so that when plugged into the iPhone via a lead for video and sound will have a piece of software that will send the touchscreen inputs signal via Bluetooth to the iPhone. I'm sure this is possible and would like to build a relationship with someone to successfully complete the job. The application can be run on a mobile platform such as android if that will make it easier. I am new to this so any information required and a better explanation please pm, I can also Skype.
