Site Description: A site where restaurant owners can post their menus online and easily change prices and menu items. Once the menu is published the restaurant owner gets a URL. On the front page of the url will be the menu and below each menu item will be a star rating system. A user can click on the item and be prompted for a login and leave a rating 1-5. Also I would like an android app that restaurants owners can configure to pull up their menu on the tablet for customers the menu is cached on the tablet and refreshes every 1hour if there are no changes or no internet connection the menu is still available for use on the tablet. Platform: PHP and MYSQL base can be either one of these platforms drupal, joomla, or wordpress.
