130347 Blog PHP coder needed

I am using a script (Joovili) which has a blog feature. Unfortunately it only allows you to post but not allow anyone to comment. I'd like the comment feature added where someone has to approve it. The script has a similiar feature with their guestbook -- you get email if someone posts and you have to approve it. payment when job is completed.
