17940 myspace clone feat/admin add

I have a myspace clone with no real admin i need user email confirmation and approval and rejection options as well as mass email added to the existing admin i also need a script to send user url/numbers to name ie [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] or joe22 whatever the user wants plus any other addons would be great.
