69855 PayPal IPN

Firstly, this script doesnt have to look pretty, accept input data, gather it from a DB, nothing.. All it has to do, is have a bunch of variables ($cost/$fromaddy/$toaddy/ect..) and bring up the paypal page for the user to enter details (user/pass/credit/whatever) and then confirm if the user has paid using the IPN, this can be recorded whereever, i dont care, flatfile will be fine.. Please note that Escrow will be used and payment will be when its tested on my server.
