wamp configuration problem with dynamic urls e.g [url removed, login to view]

i have installed wamp and am facing a problem with dynamic urls

for example, [url removed, login to view] is giving the result of [url removed, login to view]

I will give access via team viewer for freelancer to access the system and do the necessary change
