MS Access, PHP, Joomla, HTML project

Here's the project: We have a current webpage: [login to view URL] that needs upgraded. We want to maintain the same look and feel as the current site, as much as possible, but we also want to add the 3 following features: 1. The current “Showroom” will become two separate galleries: one will be for active inventory, the other for historical (sold) inventory. We define in our Access Database a vehicle’s “status” as Active or Sold. This status field will tell the HTML what gallery the item should appear in. The galleries will include identical fields like AskingPrice, Year, Make, Model, Book Values, Miles, Color, Notes. The asking price label in the sold gallery will read “Our Price” instead of “Asking Price”. We currently do not use any tools that get the data in our database tables to the web. We need a solution not only adding a backend database to the website, but a method of delivering data from our tables in MS Access to the database on the web server. 2. Web users will be able to place a hold on a vehicle online by sending $100 to our PayPal account. The user needs to agree to special terms (below) before sending the money, and the deposit must be specific to the vehicle they are putting on hold. (Currently users can send $100, but the vehicle is not specified, and the full text below is not agreed to). 3. Web users will be able to print out an active gallery “flyer” that includes one thumbnail picture for each active car, and all of the respective details (Year, Make, Model, Price, Miles, Notes, Color, Etc). This could be as simple as a printer-friendly version of the active gallery. No background images (like the watermark) should print, and the report should definitely include our physical address, our phone, our web address, as well as a basic map of our location, and our top ten list. Future projects are definitely available upon successful and satisfactory completion of this project. Our small business has been changing quickly and our IT needs will of course be ongoing.
