Afternic Clone in ASP

I need an **exact clone** of the [login to view URL] site, but done in ASP (VBScript) and using SQL Server. The only difference we need is the pay per click ads that are displayed on the parked pages need to allow advertisers to compete against each other bidding on them by category or specific domain. They need to be able to enter their maximum amount to spend each day. The site must be developed on our server and we must be able to see progress every week. When someone parks their domains, there needs to be an automated way of the system adding their domains to the DNS servers. We have not yet implemented the DNS server software. We can use the built in Windows DNS or BIND or another if you have a good recommendation and it is free. Everything needs to be exact including the cosmetics and functionality. We will be changing the design to our own, but we find that it is easier to have someone to replicate completely for ease of describing what we want. This will be an ongoing project for whomever we choose as we have a list of features that we want to add; so we will be hiring you out for each feature or set of features after this initial project is complete.
