asp javascript cms turn to php/ dot net

i have a website cms that was written in asp classic and javascript. i found some programmers that try to create a dot net version of the front site (and the admin still in asp) they never finish there job, and it took them to long. what i need is a skilled programmer/group that can really do things, good and fast. the cms is working fine in asp, but the asp make a lot of trouble to fix issues and to add new feathers like silverlight gallery and Ajax gallery. so what i need is: [login to view URL] find a real skilled programmer that can fix the asp code to the level i want. 2. to create whole new cms from scratch based on the asp i have, in a different Lang, like php or dot-net.
