Basic clone website (template)

This project is for a basic clone of the site 25score.com. We are looking for the basically the same features and pages. We are okay with using a website based on a pre made template. We are looking for a certain look but ease of use sight. Overall I dont think there really needs to be a backend, most of the pages I feel can be updated from the frontend (this can be discussed in further details) Also there will only be 1 item sold so we are planning to accept paypal and an outside company like [url removed, login to view] so we wont need a shopping cart and payment system. Overall very basic with pages home, about us, faq, contact, and a directory of the participating businesses. We will be able to fill out the information needed on these pages. Please take a good look at [url removed, login to view] because this is the same type of company and same style website so this should give you the best idea of what we are looking for. Hopefully we could come up with a cleaner easier to use site.
Like i said for costs etc, we can start with a template and customize to our needs. Our project price range will be from 100-500 for this project.
