Click stream analysis

What we aim to do - We plan to create a system by which user's interaction with any software screens can be analysed so that remedial steps can be given for incorrect user behavior. For e.g. Call center agents work on CRM software and are prone to mistakes. We would like to develop a software which can analyse their behavior. How we intend to do - 1. We would like to develop a program which can map any screen elements i.e. fields forms etc into standard pixel map 2. The pixel map will be programmed to be linked to Oracle 11g database 3. When a user will click on the screen then this information will be captured in the relevant fields of Oracle database. 4. The algorithms of Oracle database will then analyse user interaction for further processing. What is already developed - Oracle program mentioned above is already developed What we require the coder to develop - Screen click and inputs to be mapped on a standard pixel map. The program should develop standard pixel map for any screen and then should measure the user inputs in terms of pixel changes. The pixel map to be developed by coder will be linked to Oracle database so that use behaviour can be analysed How we wish to proceed - We understand that our bid description as of now is high end view. Therefore first we would like to first understand how coders will execute the job. We will then work with coder for mutually agreed pricing for the project.
