Comparison Web-site with filters

I need to display almost an excel/chart like website that shows a list of credit cards where the vertical columns will show details such as price, benefits, etc.
Subsequently, on the left panel there should be filters that will allow the user to filter the results based on values of certain fields or columns. I will have the list of records initially saved on an excel spreadsheet which will need to be easily imported into the site.
The site would need to be built so that it's easy for me to add/subtract/edit records in the website easily on the fly.
An example of what I'm trying to achieve would be the following site link, though I'm looking for a much more simpler interface with less buttons/options on the side.
