fix and add new items to asp project

I'm looking for someone to fix some bugs from an unfinished asp project and also add some new things.

The project is about saving your bookmarks/favorites online to our site. The advantage is that you always have your favorites available. We also created 2 programs: one to upload/download your favorites to IE firefox etc and one program to bookmark a page that you are visiting in IE, directly online to the database.

The personal page has 3 or 4 columns and the most right column is for special things like top 10 and Company news.

The user can switch from My favorites to the company favorites. In this way you can see the favorites of your collegues.

The problem we have with the online site are:

- Categories can be expanded with a + and -. The state should is currently saved in a coockie, but thats not working properly at the moment. I prefer the state should be saved in a extra table of the mdb. In this way, wherever you are, you always have the same state of your page.

- A start was made to let the user decide on what position a category should be located. We changed the categoryname with the prefix (A01) but that did not work well. Solution: If a user prefers to have his "fun" category at the most left column at first position this should be saved in a extra table in the mdb.

- Some javascript errors occur and should be solved

The things that should be added:

- In the right column: a category "Things to do" and a "Birthday schedule"

The user need to be able to add things he needs to remember, or to do.

The user should also be able to add relatives with their birthday. The first coming birthday should be on top.

- Let the user move a category to another position

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
