Each member must be able to create a personalised flash fish tank with own fish and fish of theirs friends:
User come to the website and creates a member section and select:
Back ground
Plants (width, height)
Decorations (width, height)
User fish (fish seize, movement)
Others Fish (fish seize, movement)
Sound: can select sounds or user can upload sounds.
Member can get more items if he has enough credits based on : referrals and member access of each member
member can buy or use credit points to buy :

Others Fish (fish seize, movement)
Then can send request to other member to become friend: if the request is accepted the fish of the each member will appear in the tank of the friend each time both are connected to the website.
