IIS alternative to htaccess for mapping URLs to database driven content

We need an IIS alternative to htaccess for mapping URLs to database driven content We run a claassic ASP based web site. It has a database of products. The database is based in SQL Server 2008. The URL for the products is [login to view URL] of product. We want to have the names for the products to be [login to view URL] If the web site was based in apache and php we could use an .htaccess file to map the URLs. However we need a solution which is compatible with IIS 7.5 and Classic ASP which is dynamic (eg we won't have to manually create these pages). Preferably this should be a dynamic solution which we can take from one web site to another (based on the fact that these web sites are a clone of each other)
