I have a somewhat lengthy ASP script that produces a form for an online user to fill in various data fields. This form is for a user who wishes to list variables concerning the delivery or trucks by my client's firm. THey will have to fill in their own Company data, where the truck(s) will be picked up and where they are to be delivered.
You may already be familiar with this type of COPY function if you've ever bought something online, and have seen such a checkbox between the area where you have to list your Billing address and the Shipping address - click that checkbox simply copies the data into the new area, field for field.
This ASP page will need to be tested by me before it will be accepted, so I would like the bidder to provide an online URL so that I can test the page when needed.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
ASP pages run on the Windows 2k or 2k3 servers, so this app will need to run on those server platforms.
