Organize Flex project into MVC

There are two parts to this project: organizing existing files and adding a login screen. First part: I have various Flex program components -- mxml components, as classes, XML templates, and web services -- that I've developed as a proof of concept; now I want to get project organized into a tight MVC structure. Candidate needs experience with MVC best practices. Most importantly, you need to communicate the new architecture to me, and help me strategize and articulate the next step for this project. You should be able to answer the questions, how do I create a new component using this data set? How do I set up a testing environment? What's a good way to manage archives? Thus, the project includes an "analyst" component. Good English communication skills a must! This is a small project! Only twenty files or so involved. Shouldn't take more than a few hours, but include a half hour to an hour for communication/code review/recommendations and advice. Second part: 1) Build a server-side database for user login. User info includes: Name L1 Primary (Required; use ISO 639-1 language codes) L2 Secondary (if bilingual) email address (used for login) password which class they belong to (can belong to more than one class) Eventually teachers will be able to add students from a class, but for now allow self-registration. 2) Write server API for registration and login 3) Build a Flex front-end to register a new user or log in an existing user. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Project is running under Flex (Flash Builder). Web server is a Windows system; database can be mysql or access db; web code can be vb asp or asp.net
