85539 Press Release submit service

I am looking for someone to create a Press Release Submission service very similar to [login to view URL] and http://www.massmediadistribution.com. You should be prepared to be able to create all of the services that are on both of these websites (eventhough I won't use all of them). The site must me totally automated so that a customer can pay to my paypal, write their press release, and the service automatically submits to 1000's of Newspapers, Magazines, Trade Publications, TV, Radio, Online Publications, Freelance Journalists and Wire Services. You will be responsible for compiling the email and form lists for 1000's newspapers/ TV stations and 1000's of internet news services. The email list/form list must be quality. Not a junk spider list, but real legit contacts. For a media list sample of what I want see: [login to view URL] You must know how to send these press releases avoiding most spam filters. The site should have an admin page for me to keep track of customers and payments, and history by date, as well as be able to add, remove, edit email lists of Press release contacts easily. There should be a name of the newspaper/tv/etc company next to the email so that I can identify the organization. And there should be an automated opt-out email option on all distributed emails, and an option on the website for people to remove their emails. The site will look better than those 2 other competitors. You will be paid after satisfactory completion, upload and debugging of site.
