Radio Script with Live Voice and Music Broadcast capabilities

I need a script that is similar to the one that is being used at http://radio.mochacity.com. The script must be easy to integrate with existing website and it's database. The script must allow the radio to automatically open as a pop up and continue to play until close. This is so users can browse the rest of the site while listening to the radio. The script must have must have an easy backend administration panel, suitable for someone with little or no computer knowledge. In addition, it must allows for multiple djs to schedule times to dj on the radio. In addition, the script should include the details of what is being played (artist, title, album, and website link) as well as a request feature (so listeners can send requests to the dj to play their favorite song) and a shoutout feature (so users can give a shout to other people listening (text not actually over the radio). It must also have an IM feature, so listeners can im the dj while he is djing and communicate with him. Again, it must be similar to http://radio.mochacity.com. And built to work with shoutcast server. It must allow dj's to talk live (i.e. have a talk show) or play music. MUST BE DONE IN 4 DAYS OR LESS
