Need a VB-callable routine which will take as input: a) a windows graphic file name (type JPG, PNG, or GIF) b) a background color (specified as a single hex number) c) a reflection height (Integer, specified in pixels) and give as output a graphic object of the original width, and height of the original height + the reflection height, consisting of the original image plus a partial reflection as if the image were on a glossy table of the background color specified. For an example of this effect, see [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Note that the reflection should appear to fade out toward the bottom of the image in a smooth gradiant, and ideally will be returned in a format containing a 24 bit mask which can be used to lay the image against any background while maintaining the smooth gradiant. If the original image contains a mask (.Png format), the mask should be preserved and extended to support the reflection. Speed of image processing is important, as it is likely this routine will be used on a great many images.

## Platform
The routine should be callable from VB6, as well as ASP.Net (2.0), and VB.Net (VS 2005). A compiled library or OCX is acceptable so long as source code is supplied. If necessary, we can insist that a given version of the .Net framework be installed on the user's machine, but the routine must be callable from VB6 as well as .Net
