Small ASP debug

I've got some incorrect syntax in my include reference, I think. View the attached files, in the zipped folder. Just place the folder on your IIS server and run /demosite/index.asp. I'm pretty sure it is a pathname error. If you could explain the error in detail, I'd appreciate it. I'll award ten bucks to the first person who takes care of the error.
