Use a pre-populated Access “Master Staff List table: Confirm FirstName, LastName & EmailAddress If information matches, open Selection screen (#3 below) If information does not match, display alert message “Login Failed, try entering your information again?? with OK button. Then open Welcome screen (#1 above) after OK button is clicked ------------------------------------------------------- 3 ??" Open Selection screen: Provide buttons for: Class List ??" On click, query Access Enroll table with selected ClassNumber (8 characters), ClassName (15 Characters) and StartDate (10 characters). Then display results with room for 8 records. Include check box at start of each row to select line. Include Submit button ??" at click, update Access table with ClassEnroll (and 0 or 1), ClassNumber, EmailAddress information. Include Exit button (close browser) Include My Classes button (go to my classes screen) My Classes ??" On click, query Access Enroll table and display classes enrolled in using email as key. Include Class List button (go back to class list screen) Include Exit button (close browser) Screens must be designed so as to allow for modification of text and colors at a later date. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
