Web Based interactive fiction/game (phase I)

Edit: Many have commented that this project could be done better in PHP and mySQL - This is acceptable and I will modify the requirements if the coder feels they can supply a quality solution You are bidding on the first phase of an interactive hypertext fiction story/game web project. This is a not-for-profit experiment, so please bid with that in mind. This will be database (SQL) driven and developed in asp.net/vb.net V 2.0 using Microsoft Visual Web Developer (Beta 2) ??" this development tool is free to download from Microsoft. The emphasis in phase one will be setting up the structure for future development. Development will include the “public?? pages for viewing and an Administrative panel, which will lead to “input?? and “edit?? pages to update data in the db. Development should be a 3-tier system clearly separating/abstracting the presentation, data, and business logic levels utilizing VB classes, properties and method. FULL and EXTENSIVE commenting/documentation of code is essential. Deliverables include a full DAL and presentation web page(s) for viewing (member) adding (writer) and editing data (editor/administrator) in databases. Deliverables also include the ability for me to open and edit the web project using Visual Web Developer (Beta 2). Finished project will need to be installed and operation on a web site.
