Web control that works like VS.NET property grid

Create a web control for use in ASP.NET that allows me to edit the attached Person data type using property editors defined by the interfaces in the [login to view URL] source file. The coder will be responsible for enhancing the interfaces as required to accomodate the requirements of the project. Finished product should be similar to: <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). You will provide all source, as well as a working Visual Studio 2003 or 2005 ASP.NET project which I can test the work in. The editors contained in the [login to view URL] file are simply ideas about how we might approach the problem. The coder is welcome to recommend different ideas for solving the problems we are trying to solve. Expect multiple revision cycles as a part of this project. We are particular in how things are done. Bid accordingly. The work will not be complete until we are fully satisfied with the approach and results. When completed, I should have a grid like editor similar to the property grid editors in [login to view URL] for editing this object. Coding standards are attached in the zip and will be checked before project is completed. The coder will be required to provide a sample implementation or document their approach before acceptance of the bid.
