P2P File Sharing Application like Kazaa, Overnet, Napster

Basically we are looking for a clone of Overnet ([login to view URL]), or Kazaa ([login to view URL]). We would like this to be compatible for win 98, 2000, ME and XP. This program will be used in our offices to share files easier from one computer to the other that are on different O.S. and in two different locations with different firewalls in our offices. Program should be able to have a full installation, as well as uninstall features. Along with a desktop icon, and taskbar menu icon. Please download and use Overnet, and Kazaa before submitting a bid, to get a feel for exactly what we are looking for. Minus banner and popup ads. This is for our office use and dont need those things getting in our employees ways. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform We would like this to be compatible for win 98, 2000, ME and XP. Can be programmed in whatever programming language you feel would be best as long as it can do the same features as Overnet and Kazaa. So please look closely at these two programs before submitting a bid. ## Deadline information Project in 100% complete form should be due by June 1st 03.
