Asterisk Calling Card Platform

this project is to install and configure an asterisk based calling card system. you can use either astpp or a2billing or any other good reliable and proven open source billing system. client has a dual xeon server with a sangoman a104 E1 card. the requirements are the installation of the OS and billing software , configuration of E1 card and also configuration of the scripts and php files etc etc . you will also be required to provide some initial support/customisations (separate fees/payment) , some training of our staff as well will be included. If you can provide online support/maintenance we can discuss a monthly rate. mainly it will be for a calling card company , calls will come in via sip from the toll free provider and calls will terminate to Ip carriers either (g723 or g729 or out via the E1 card). Software/application must have ani identification/capture facility , rating and billing for calling cards, tariffs, surcharges , connection charges , creating cards in batches , activation/deactivation of cards , cost/sales report , least cost routing , reports for managers/supervisors, ani/origination based billing , prepaid and postpaid functionality , various management and sales reports , a reseller module would be great and also a site for customer to login and check their balance etc . i have attached a requirement spec sheet from the client , please go through this and let me know if this is possible , please bid if you can do the job well without any problems only , companies will be preferred to individual contractors.
