clone of a website

Hi I need a clone of a website. The website is [login to view URL] . On the top right where there is written 'BG' you can change the language to English. I need all the functions of the site. Put some design or whatever you like. I just need the workin code because I will change the design. So if you want get the same design or put an easy design ( I don't realy care for the design because I will change it later). If posible I want an admin panel too from which I can edit the profils of the members. P.P I want the design in .PSD so I can fixed it easyly If you have qurstions write me a PM
