mysql to outlook

Job Description:

I have a client with an osCommerce installation, he needs to be able AS SIMPLY AS POSSIBLE (like a single button press) collect customer information from the osc database and insert it into Outlook 2002 or 2003's address book.

There should be no need for user intervention, the application should check for new entries and changed data and only allow them to be added to the address book, duplicate entries should be ignored.
