Order Manager (repost)

- Be very accurate with your delivery dates as this project is time sensitive - I am looking for a basic order manager program, I prefer it to be web based, however that is not required. I have seen many of these on this site and I am looking to get this ASAP so if you currently have a pre-existing system that you own the rights to please private message me with details as that is the route I prefer. basic features should include: order management program will inport order information from csv file and allow us to include notes under the customers information intergrate with dazzle for shipping (Fast as possible ei... auto fill customer data) find customers order and press button to print a invoice find customers order and press button to send a email able to send emails by pressing button and selecting a template when shipped or tracking number input 'shipped' email is automatically sent with data and live order status is updated immediately with our freezing the program and without stalling the user able to cancel order and able to input orders Modify orders easily: change quantity or SKU, add or delete items, adjust shipping charges or sales tax, etc. virtual terminal charge orders authorize orders refund orders/ refund partial orders inventory management add inventory based on items added to program or downloaded from orders adds & removes inventory as sold reports sales tax best sellers sales summary price & cost summary invoices - Must be willing to allow my current programmers to make custom modifications to it and adapt it to our needs - When bidding please be specific and detailed according to this project.
