We need to make a website in which student organizations can upload documents to be viewed by members of thew Finance Committee of the University.
Notes on new Funding Website:
Initially includes SGFC and AnnAl
Should be able to expand to CSF, CAT, PCC, and Sports Clubs
Should have one side for SG/ORCSA side for statistical purposes
Running tally for each RSO
Decisions link for each week
Running ledgers (Public and Private versions)
Lots of users- cNet ID based
RSOs have all of their past budgets archived
SG/ORCSA have access to all archived budgets
Comments section to be filled out by SG (how a decision was reached on particular line items or the budget as a whole)
Minutes by budget? Minutes by week?
Automated scheduling feature
Automated e-mails (for scheduling and for decisions)
Checkboxes for completed requirements
Ability to upload documents (bios, airline quotes, etc.)
Any post-event RSO reports
Ability to post (messages and documents) on the home page
Feedback, Comments, and Questions section for RSOs (both per budget and overall)
