I need a grid for Borland C++ Builder. I can't have a regular vertical/horizontal grid, such as the StringGrid or the DrawGrid. (Tic-tac-toe style - looking straight down on it.) I need a grid that is viewed at an angle, making the rectangles more like diamonds, almost. I need a simple line grid that is drawn at something like a 30 degree angle. I'm using the grid for a class that I'm teaching. The grid will be the basis for a game students have to create. The specifications are as follows: -Must be able to easily access individual cells in the grid. -Must be able to dynamically create it with any number of X and Y cells. -The gridlines can be hidden and shown at will -Graphics will be put in the grid cells, please make suitable. -Large graphics will presumably be put underneath the grid, please accomidate. -If the grid is larger than the screen, will need to move to the sides to scroll over, up, etc. -Gridlines should be able to change colors Nothing *incredibly* fancy is needed here. I don't really want to have it in DirectX or anything. It needs to be comprehensible to students. I don't really need this in a component, and if it *is* in a component, I want optional borders if at all possible. If you can just give me a project with this grid coded in and the specifications all met I would be more than happy Thanks for looking.
