Billingual Community File Sharing

The aim is to create a bilingual **community file sharing**. It should be file sharing application, integrated with a media player (to play .mp3 & .rm real media files) and a chat system. Users should be able to connect and search fast for songs or users, download & listen to the songs, organize it, chat with users, interact with his buddy list and other standard features available in other leading file sharing application like Shareaza or Kazaa for example. **Please see the attached file for detailed requirement of the application. **Please mention the **estimated time and cost** to complete the project as bid without these will be considered as invalid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform "Windows 95+"
