I need a simple menu program written that will take the menu options out of a .cfg file and display them on the screen. The user uses the up and down arrows to highlight options and the right or left arrow to make the selection. The program needs to exit and set the errorlevel (DOS 6.22) to the ordinal position the user was on.
Here is the catch it must be in standard VGA mode (run on a VGA card with no special drivers loaded) and rotated 90 degress to the left.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
