A simple Windows Based Motel Management Software with reservations, check In, checkout, reports, motel status, motel configuration.
I have a software requirement doc. Must be WINDOWS BASED, preferably using .NET technology is possible, or mfc, or visual basic.
Must be able to configure a motel that is Add room, Add room types (presedential suites, double bed, single, etc.), change rates.
Rates are tricky- should be able to set automated rates in advance for instance from Jan to june Room Type1 cost 100$ a night on M-T , and 120 on FRI -SUN, and from july to Dec cost 50$ a nite. Must be able to customize rates.
Reserve room, cancel reservation, modify reservation
search for reservation
Checkin/Checkout guest. Store customer information, must be able to view Customer history.
Must be able to view the status of all room..preferable have color coded squares or something representing rooms in motel.
For instance red square might mean occupied, green might mean vacant, blue might mean reserved, yellow might mean needs cleaning.
must be able to change dates and delete transactions, meaning be able to cancel mistakes...for instance if you check in and checkout a guest, a transaction is complete, now you want to delete this transaction as it was wrong, or want to modify it, you must be able to do that.
Report Capabilities, daily/weekly,monthly,yearly transaction report, also reports of modifed/deleted transactions.
Room status (vacant, occupied, reserved, Needs Cleaning etc)
Must have access control
Admin must be able to create accounts and assign following privileges level to user accounts.

The system must store customer credit card information.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
