The main product function is an Internet Dialer in which users download and it automatically sets itself on the desktop where users can clik on it and connect to the Internet. Once this happens, the dialer should have buttons like AOL browser and these buttons cannot be used when the user signs in with a verified username and password. Those button are what we call channels in which specific content to be provided through these buttons. Most important is that our internet number ( we have just one internet number that works from any place in the country ) SHOULDNOT be changed from dialup networking ever. Also, we will need a piece of software that accelerates the connection by the caching technique. There are products such as PROPEL accelerator, proxies....etc we shall need this feature as well. Also we need that the dialer counts the number of hours/mins logged by each user on the internet using our number and updates this to a server ( however we need it to be speedy , easy to download and we donnot want alot of load on the server ) Also, we shall need the option of being able to deliver a certain message to the user whenever the user perform 10hrs logged on or after 20 hrs .....etc The admin tool should give us the option to change the skins of the dialer at any time, add any button and change the internet number used. We would like the users as well to have the option to use a tool that enables him to build his website through the dialer only. All services should have the option for the ADMIN to make it webenabled and not only dialer based. Each user shall also have the option to post his CV Each user shall have the option to vote on a certain topic. Each user shall have the option to post his classifieds. Each user shall have the option to bid on a certain product. The software should be able to work as english and arabic. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
