We have a working extension in 2 versions in Windows:
We need to port it to MAC for:
There are less than 180 lines of code in the windows-specific NPAPI/XPCOM code - just a single method who currently sends a windows message to another app, On Mac, we want to use the NSDistributedNotificationCenter. See below for some links on this.

We already have a working receiver for this (in COCOA, I beleive) which echoes received messages to the MAC console.
The delivery should include:
- A working version of our extension just as it does under windows. No need for functional testing or any testing - we are responsible for our code. You need to make sure it runs on Mac and more specifically make sure it communicates with NPAPI/XPCOM to send the notification.
Note extension must receive DOM document to test for specific domains before resonding (exists in code today).
- Instructions that explain how to *AUTOMATICALLY* / *PROGRAMMATICALLY* deploy extension for Safari/FF/Chrome on MAC
- Test page to test sending a notification + illustrating that it is received by our test client and then MAC console.
Please submit your past experience with extensions on BOTH windows and MAC. Timeframe is flexible.
