Program Wrapper/Licensing Code

I need a software/ebook/licensing system programmed that is equivalent to www.softwaredefender.com. Must have all the same capabilities, look, feel, ect, but I need to be able to change the features, skins, ect. The wrapper is very secure, which I like very much. Any additional security features, based on your experience, would be great. Must work exactly as [login to view URL] does. Cannot extract any data to host computer. For the demo features, once the demo timeline is over, I want to be able to direct a webpage to open and be able to set what page it opens. This system must properly interact with database supported software (I use [login to view URL]). I will provide a sample software/database for your testing purposes. Inside the wrapped software, I need to be able to add, create, delete, and change the internal files as necessary. I also need to be able to interface with pdf files and my neobook software when they are password protected files (the software inputs the password for me automatically). I need to be able to capture more computer information upon initial registration and write values to the host computer's registry. Individual software user accounts expandability must be pre-programmed and documentation provided. (this will be a follow on job) Online database must be encrypted and meet all privacy requirements set forth in the USA. Expandable for various payment systems and 3rd party APIs. Features I would like: - If you can add ability to prevent screen capture technologies - the software to save and close if a debugging software is openned while running and will not open if a debugging software is in use. I will only pay upon full completion of product, tested, working as requested. If an increase in price is needed, be prepared to support it. I gladly pay for best value and quality work. Continued support is required as well. Timeline for completion is not longer than 1 month for a working, tested, agreed upon product. This is A MUST timeline to follow. If you are not an advanced programmer with experience, please do not bid. I am looking to establish a long term relationship with an experienced programmer.
