report on open-source data filters

I need a report on open-source libraries which are free for commercial use. Your task is to find libraries which encode/decode data according to the following algorithms: * ASCIIHex * ASCII85 * LZW * Flate * RunLength * CCITTFax * JBIG2 * DCTD * JPX * Crypt Explanations of these algorithms can be found in the section "3.3 Filters" of the PDF specification ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL] ). I need these libraries for the following languages: * C * Java * C# Please note that GPL license is not free for commercial development (it forces some restrictions). On the other side, LGPL is ok for me. Other good licenses are Apache, BSD, MIT and simlar. Your report should cover all combinations of algorithms and languages. For each library please provide: * name of the developer * url of the developer * name of the library * url of the library * description of the library * license(s) of the library * other information which you find important ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
