355883 Restaurant script (YELP)

*Please Read* I will pay ONLY through Paypal. Since this job will probably cost a bit, there will probably be 50% payment after 50% of the job is complete, while the rest will be after the whole project is complete and successful. I require a Restaurant script that will basically be similar to [login to view URL] . I am unaware of where to obtain a FULL list and database of all the restaurants. Technically not all the restaurants, but as much as possible (similar to YELP). The system I want will not be for the "RATING" of the restaurant, but a RATING of something else. If the full YELP script can be used, I wouldn't mind all the commenting system and the rating of the restaurant. My main concern is actually just towards the idea I have, which would be given only to serious bidders/programmers. It will allow a user to put down their experience through a rating system with the waiter/waitress. FULL design is up to your abilities, but I do not require it if you are not a designer. Just a simple layout to show the capabilities will do. Bid away!
