We have a CSV file of XY coordinates and we need this converted into another list of XY fields that adjust for camera height and distance so that xy coordinates can be mapped on a flat plane. Multiple cameras will provide data for the same flat pane.

OpenCV is a library built for this problem - please be familiar
We know the external camera parameters but want the ability to change height, and camera angle.
The camera angle will be fixed throughout the recording
The camera height will be fixed throughout the recording
Transmit the image space to world space
It will utilize 4X4 Matrices
Program should ideally be able to be normalized with checkerboard pattern
or known inputs like height, camera angle, and camera viewing degrees
The ability to take a skewed CSV, file apply this calibration algorithm to the csv points and create an accurate 2 dimensional(X,Y) plane for the various points, then save new points into calibrated CSV file for later use.
1) We need the ability to correct for radial distortion first
2) We will then adjust for the offset angle second
