Web Based Property Listing

A financial company needs an automated property listing web-based application that is user-friendly both for the individual uploading the project and also for the individual who will approve the listings. The company seeks to enable visitors with investment properties the ability to upload details and images of the properties through a web-based form. The company wants the web-based form to automatically format the listings and the images into a format that is automatically ready to post. The only step before posting would be for the back end user or administrator to approve or decline the listings. It would be preferable if this system could take the approach of an online shopping cart, but have any user be able to upload properties without having administrative access. For an item to go public it would need approval from the administrator in the back end first. For example if you have a regular e-commerce shopping cart with a back end the administrator can upload the products by entering details on a website form and they can also upload graphics. Once they publish the product it is formatted and shows up on the shopping cart. Instead of the investment property automatically showing up to the public it would just show up in the administration section for the web administrator to review and approve the listing. The only details that would publish to the website so the public could see them would be the Property Title, Property Description, Property Location (City/State Only), Price, and Image(s). The administrator would also need access to edit the listing if they saw fit. Once the submission is marked as approved the listing will be accepted and should show up on the website automatically. The goals are to make the administrator do as little work as possible. Their only task should be to review the listings and hit approve or decline. The administrator should not have to mess with formatting the text or pictures. Once submitted the form should automatically format everything into a clean appearance. Each listing should be automatically put into a category based on the selection for the category chosen. The website would have categories for Single Family Homes, Multiple Family Home, Commercial Property, Land, and Apartments. These categories would be like the product categories you see on regular e-commerce shopping pages. Each category would have a unique code that would be published with each listing. For example commercial property would have the code: CP-101, CP-102, CP-103, etc. Land would have the code L-101, L-102, and L-103. Platform: This web-based application will need to function effectively in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Mozilla. Deliverables: All deliverables must be uploaded to us before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
