Hi there, I am looking for some help entering data from a PDF file. The file will have names and contact details. It will have the following fields: Student’s first name Year Parent’s first name Parent Surname Student’s email Street address Suburb (I have software so this is a dropdown list where you can choose the suburb by typing the first few letters and then choosing the correct one - very handy) Postcode Tel (AH) or mobile Friend’s first name Friend’s email Friend’s first name Friend’s email Most of the entries do NOT have friend details. Once you have entered the data, you need to check that you have spelt it correctly by going to [url removed, login to view] and entering in the street address, and checking that the address and suburb match up. If the address does NOT match up, you need re-check the PDF so that it is correctly spelled. Also, we will be sending an email from the data you add and if the email gets bounced because the email address is incorrect, I will give you the bounces and you will need to make sure that the email address is in fact correct, or correct the email. We will re-send the bounces email twice and so you will need to check corrections. To be successful in your application you need to have a very high attention to detail and be able to solve problems independently. We require someone who is available from Friday 5pm, April 23rd until Monday, April 26th (Melbourne Australia time). Please answer the following questions in your application: 1. What is the most important thing to focus on when entering data? 2. What qualities make you the best candidate for this job? Before being approved for the job, your data entry skills will be evaluated via a data entry test I have created. Please quote a price PER 100 entries and indicate in your application how many entries (including all fields and a correct address check) you can complete in one day. Thanks, appreciate your help.
