Auto generated Emails - repost 2

This is a $50 project. Please do not bid more than this as I know what this this cost. Thank you. The project is for setting up something so I can send an email to the designers on the site and the PMs on the site. And then an auto gen email that is sent to the PM and admin when the PM's project ends. That is it. The site already has features like this and IT IS CRITICAL THAT NOTHING IS DAMAGED FROM YOUR WORK OR YOU WILL NOT BE PAID AND REQUIRED TO FIX.
