Instagram Exchange - repost

Hello.

I'm looking to build Instagram Exchanger.

Instagram Exchanger in my sight is a website that every users that used his Instagram account to sign up to the site, will get 100 credits.

The credits allows the user to get likes and followers.

When the user has credits, he get to be viewed and "pays" 3 credits for gaining a new follower (which is another user of the website), and "pays" 1 credit for getting like on his photo.

When he gives 3 likes on photos, he gains 1 credit. When he follows someone, he gains 1 credit.

The user can also buy a "featured" place that will show randomally featured users for 100 credits. This will last 2 days.

So far, that requires a good experience with the Instagram API.

Users can buy credits via PayPal. That requires working with PayPal express checkout, and work with it very carefully.

This has to work with PHP & MySQL.

Designing the website is not required right now.
