PSD to CS-CART mutivedor asap

Hi

We are looking someone to create template from psd to cs-cart multivendor template. We now need these PSDs to be converted to a CS-Cart template with all features that go with CS-Cart Multivendor technology. All files should be done in seperate tpl. It should be validated to work properly on all major browsers (IE7-9, Firefox,Chrome,Safari). The template should be delivered fully working including all js (slideshows, product rotators etc).
