Drupal 7 custom module, rules and other settings

I'm looking for a module (or multiple modules) for the project "Car marketplace/advertisement". You create clean install of Drupal (I can provide a test domain with ftp and mysql approaches), with the sample content type "Create Car Ad" (with som sample inputs with type of vehicle, brand, price etc). Create some example users (registered, anonymous, company user) with the following requirements: It will be an car advertisement portal for registered or anonymous user according to the custom form "Create Car Ad". The form must also include a field "email". After insert advertisement must come to their inserted email formatted message with information about the saved advertisement. Registered user will have extra links in the email for edit or delete this ad. Below the field "email" must be the checkbox box with asking "Check if you want to register now". After tick the input must appear next field for a custom user password (jQuery). Registration must be as simple as possible, just only email and password. Login will then consist of the email (string before the @ symbol) and password chosen by the user. However, users will be able to sign in the "Login" field by the classic email format too. Setting about confirmation registration, etc. will be subject to Drupal core user settings. The form must be editable in the administration (other optional fields, etc.) Submit advertisement will be free. The validity of an advertisement for an anonymous user will be 7 days, then automatically deleted. Registered user gets an advertisement force 1 month, registered user will be alerted via email before the expiration of the possibility of extension. After the expiration of the registered user does not delete the advertisement, shall be assigned the attribute "inactive". Whenever will be reactivated (for 1 month again). Anonymous users will be able to one email insert only one ad every 14 days. Registered user 5 ads a day. After saving the ad, the user can assign their ad with attribute "TOP", upon payment of a fee. TOP attribute may be granted only for logged (and thus registered) users. TOP attribute will mean a better sort the search results ads, better sorting in the sections where the car is, this attribute will be used as a filter in Views settings. Payment for attribute TOP must be automatically extended ad for another 14 days and in addition to TOP attribute gets a small "TOP" icon and a different background. Advertisement for "Registered company" will be free. The period of validity of their ads will be 1 month. The company will be able to extend the validity advertisements (bulk or individually) in their list of ads (extend even after 1 month). Advertisement without the extension gets the attribute "inactive", will not be deleted. The company will also add to advertisements individual attribute "TOP", which will be valid only for 14 days and charge the same as other registered users. Attribute TOP also prolong the ad still about 14 days.
