I would like for someone to build me both the front end and backend of a groupon web portal that will target 25 different markets, each with up to 5 deals, one featured plus 4 additional ones. The complete portal will include both front and back end, ecommerce capabilities and full completed, no copied all original code, similiar to groupon . com, I will need this to be fully functional and someone whom can offer excellent support. The winning bidder agrees to offer three months support in the price. Must be easy to navigate and update daily Payment is 25% after design and 20% coding, 25% after 70% coding, 25% after completion and upload to my site on my servers, and 25% after two months support with all testing and errors repaired.
